Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR A COMPOSIÇÃO, COMPÓSITO, E, USO DA COMPOSIÇÃO. O presente pedido provê uma composição que compreende ummaterial de parede e ácido ?-aminobutírico. O material de parede é selecionado dentre um ou dois ou mais dentre ß-ciclodextrina e seus derivados, maltodextrina, amido, quitosana e glicose. A composição do presente pedido pode evitar que o ácido ?-aminobutírico gere uma reação de Maillard com um açúcar redutor ou composto carbonílico sob a ação da água, não gerando, assim, uma substância macromolecular marrom ou marromescura e, além disso, não causando a mudança de cor de um produto.
