ANTICORPOS, MÉTODOS DE FABRICAÇÃO E USO DOS MESMOS. São fornecidos anticorpos com biodistribuição e/ou farmacocinética melhoradas obtidas por meio da interrupção de um ou mais clusters de aminoácidos carregados positivamente expostos à superfície. Também são fornecidos métodos para melhorar a biodistribuição e/ou farmacocinética de um anticorpo. Os anticorpos melhorados encontram uso em imunoterapia, radioterapia e imagens in vivo.
