Abstract
TERAPIA DE COMBINAÇÃO PARA O TRATAMENTO DE CÂNCER. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento de câncer de ovário, câncer de mama, câncer gastrointestinal, câncer de pulmão, câncer do cérebro ou câncer de próstata em um indivíduo em necessidade do mesmo, que compreende administrar ao indivíduo uma primeira quantidade de um inibidor seletivo de PARP1, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo, e uma segunda quantidade de um inibidor de ATR, ou um sal farmaceuticamente aceitável do mesmo. São também descritos composições e kits que compreendem um inibidor de PARP e inibidor de ATR.
