Abstract
MICROTECIDO HEPÁTICO TRIDIMENSIONAL ESPECÍFICO E USOS NO TRATAMENTO DE INSUFICIÊNCIA HEPÁTICA. A invenção se refere a um microtecido hepático específico, cuja maior dimensão está entre 500 e 700 µm, que expressa a CYP3A4 mono-oxigenase com uma atividade de ao menos 75.000 RLU por milhão de células e produz ao menos 18 µg de ureia por milhão de células em 24 horas. A invenção se refere também a um método para preparação de um microtecido hepático deste tipo e aos usos do mesmo no tratamento ou prevenção de insuficiência hepática.
