Abstract
UM MODIFICADOR REOLÓGICO NATURAL E BIODEGRADÁVEL. A invenção refere-se a um modificador de reologia biodegradável para uso em uma formulação ou produto fluido, o modificador de reologia biodegradável compreendendo uma celulose bacteriana em que a celulose bacteriana é modificada na superfície e compreende pelo menos um grupo carboxílico ou derivado dele. O modificador reológico biodegradável compreende ainda pelo menos uma goma natural, em que a celulose bacteriana modificada na superfície interage com a goma natural para aumentar a viscosidade do produto fluido. Em outros aspectos, a invenção se refere a um produto líquido que compreende o modificador reológico biodegradável e a um método para produzir esse modificador reológico biodegradável.
