Abstract
MOLÉCULAS DE LIGAÇÃO A ANTI-TDP-43. São providas moléculas de ligação a TDP-43 que se ligam especificamente a TDP-43 fosforilada, juntamente com as moléculas de ácido nucleico que codificam as moléculas de ligação. Essas moléculas de ligação são úteis em aplicações diagnósticas e terapêuticas e podem ser incluídas em composições e kits adequados. Elas podem ser usadas em ensaios de pareamento envolvendo o uso de pares de anticorpos de captura e detecção. Elas podem ser usadas para monitorar doenças associadas a TDP-43, incluindo o teste de agentes terapêuticos candidatos.
