A presente invenção fornece um método de uso e uma composição herbicida sinérgica compreendendo: (a) o composto espliceostatina C; (b) uma quantidade eficaz de um ou mais nutrientes vegetais; e (c) pelo menos um dentre um carreador, diluente, tensoativo, adjuvante, em que a composição inibe o crescimento da referida erva daninha.
