Abstract
ENGENHARIA EM N-TERMINAL DE POLIPEPTÍDEOS INTRACELULARES EXPRESSOS EM CÉLULAS HOSPEDEIRAS EUCARIÓTICAS RECOMBINANTES. Os polipeptídeos heterólogos expressos em uma célula hospedeira eucariótica recombinante podem apresentar estabilidade e/ou atividade biológica reduzida quando expressos em uma forma intracelular. A presente revelação fornece um polipeptídeo heterólogo compreendendo pelo menos uma modificação de aminoácido que aumenta a sua estabilidade e/ou atividade biológica quando expresso intracelularmente em uma célula hospedeira eucariótica recombinante.
