Abstract
SISTEMAS DE ADMINISTRAÇÃO TRANSDÉRMICA PARA DETERMINADOS INIBIDORES DE FATOR XA E MÉTODOS RELACIONADOS PARA SUA PREPARAÇÃO E USO. A presente invenção refere-se a sistemas de administração transdérmica, tais como adesivos, para determinados inibidores diretos do fator Xa ("FXa"), bem como métodos para a fabricação e uso de tais adesivos transdérmicos, particularmente no tratamento de trombose ou em outras condições em que um anticoagulante é desejado, e para prevenir acidente vascular cerebral e embolia em pessoas com fibrilação atrial (AF).
