Abstract
COMPOSIÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA PARA PREVENÇÃO OU TRATAMENTO DE CÁRIES DENTÁRIAS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma composição farmacêutica para prevenir ou tratar cáries dentárias e o uso da mesma. A composição farmacêutica, de acordo com a presente invenção, inclui um peptídeo que compreende uma sequência de aminoácidos da Fórmula Geral 1 como ingrediente ativo: K-Y-R1-R2-R3-R4-R5-R6-R7-R8 (Fórmula Geral 1). Na Fórmula Geral 1, R1 é arginina (R), lisina (K) ou glutamina (Q), R2 é arginina (R) ou glutamina (Q), R3, R4 e R5 são arginina (R) ou lisina (K), R6 é asparagina (N) ou serina (S), e R7 e R8 são lisina (K) ou tirosina (Y).
