NIRAPARIBE E ACETATO DE ABIRATERONA MAIS PREDNISONA PARA MELHORAR RESULTADOS CLÍNICOS EM PACIENTES COM ALTERAÇÕES DE HRR E CÂNCER DE PRÓSTATA METASTÁTICO RESISTENTE À CASTRAÇÃO. A presente invenção se refere a niraparibe e acetato de abiraterona, mais prednisona ou prednisolona; para uso em um método para melhorar a eficácia de tratamento de câncer de próstata metastático resistente à castração (mCRPC) em um paciente com anomalias de reparo de DNA, em particular, para melhorar a sobrevida livre de progressão radiográfica (rPFS) mediana.
