Abstract

PROCESSOS PARA PREPARAR UM CONCENTRADO DE OLEOSSOMA DE GIRASSOL, PRODUTOS ALIMENTÍCIOS E RAÇÕES, PRODUTOS FARMACÊUTICOS, PRODUTOS DE CUIDADOS PESSOAIS, COMPOSIÇÕES NUTRICIONAIS E PRODUTOS INDUSTRIAIS, E, CONCENTRADO DE OLEOSSOMA DE GIRASOL. A invenção descreve o processo para preparar um concentrado de oleossoma de girassol; que compreende as etapas, em ordem, de: a) moer sementes de girassol e obter uma pasta fluida de sementes de girassol com pH de 7,0 a 7,2; b) isolar uma fração de oleossoma de girassol; e c) lavá-la em um pH de 6,6 a 7,0 e isolar o concentrado de oleossoma de girassol. A invenção descreve adicionalmente um concentrado de oleossoma de girassol com teor de proteína de 8 a 17% em peso expresso em peso seco do concentrado de oleossoma. A invenção descreve um processo para preparar produtos alimentícios e rações, composições nutricionais e produtos industriais, e outros.
