Abstract
DETERMINAÇÃO DO VOLUME APRISIONADO DE UM LIPOSSOMA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método para determinar o volume aprisionado e o volume aquoso aprisionado de uma pluralidade de lipossomas em uma composição lipossomal. O método pode ser usado para calcular a concentração de um ingrediente farmacêutico ativo aprisionado dentro dos lipossomas e para garantia de qualidade de uma composição lipossomal pré-formada.
