A liberação de regulador de operador de velocidade ajustável inclui um veio acoplado à porta veneziana corta-fogo de rolamento, uma engrenagem em uma primeira extremidade do veio para engatar uma embreagem carregada por mola durante um incêndio, em que a embreagem carregada por mola é movida para desengate de um conjunto de acionamento e engate da engrenagem do regulador de velocidade ajustável para operar a porta veneziana corta-fogo de rolamento e um mecanismo de ajuste de velocidade linear acoplado ao veio e à engrenagem para controlar uma velocidade de queda livre da porta veneziana corta-fogo de rolamento durante o incêndio.
