Abstract
ANTICORPOS CONTRA CDH17 E MÉTODOS DE TRATAMENTO DE CÂNCER.A presente invenção refere-se a proteínas de ligação ao antígeno que se ligam à CDH17; proteínas de ligação ao antígeno biespecíficas que se ligam à CDH17 e a um segundo antígeno; e conjugados dos mesmos. Também são fornecidos neste documento polipeptídeos, ácidos nucleicos, vetores, células hospedeiras e conjugados relacionados. Além disso, são fornecidos kits e composições farmacêuticas que compreendem tais entidades. Também são fornecidos métodos de produção de uma proteína de ligação ao antígeno e métodos de tratamento de um indivíduo com câncer.
