Abstract

TRATAMENTO DE PACIENTES COM LIPOSSARCOMA MIXOIDE/ DE CÉLULAS REDONDAS. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de tratamento de um paciente diagnosticado com lipossarcoma mixoide/de células redondas com um agente terapêutico anti-GPC3. A presente invenção também refere-se à quantificação da expressão de GPC3 em amostras de tecido de pacientes diagnosticados com lipossarcoma de Mixoide/Células Redondas por um ensaio de imunocoloração e identificação de níveis de expressão de GPC3 que se correlacionam com a seleção de pacientes para administrar o agente terapêutico anti-GPC3.
