Abstract
MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR UMA COMPOSIÇÃO DE AVEIA E COMPOSIÇÃO DE AVEIA. Métodos para preparar composições de aveia, tais como bebidas à base de aveia, incluem as etapas de combinar uma composição de farinha de aveia com uma base para produzir uma primeira mistura aquosa com um pH de 8,5 a 11,5, separar a primeira mistura aquosa em uma fração sólida e uma fração líquida, combinar a fração líquida com um ácido para formar uma segunda mistura aquosa tendo um pH de 5 a 9, ultrafiltrar a segunda mistura aquosa para produzir uma fração de permeado de UF e uma fração de retentado de UF, e combinar a fração de retentado de UF, um ou mais ingredientes e, opcionalmente, água para formar a composição de aveia.
