Abstract

ANTICORPOS CONTRA EPÍTOPOS EXTRACELULARES DE CANAL TRPV6 HUMANO E SEUS USOS DIAGNÓSTICOS E TERAPÊUTICOS.A invenção está relacionada a anticorpos contra epítopos extracelulares da proteína de canal Receptor de Potencial Transitório Vaniloide 6 (TRPV6), em particular anticorpos que modulam a atividade de canal TRPV6 na membrana plasmática e, desse modo, desencadeiam a apoptose de células cancerígenas expressando TRPV6. A invenção também está relacionada ao uso de referidos anticorpos para o diagnóstico, prognóstico e tratamento de doenças envolvendo canais de TRPV6, em particular doenças associadas à expressão de TRPV6, tais como cânceres. A invenção está relacionada, adicionalmente, a antígenos peptídicos da proteína de TRPV6 humano úteis para a produção dos referidos anticorpos.
