Abstract
RNA TERAPÊUTICO PARA CÂNCER DE PULMÃO. Esta divulgação refere-se ao campo do RNA para tratar câncer de pulmão, em particular carcinoma de pulmão de células não pequenas (NSCLC). O câncer de pulmão é a terceira neoplasia maligna mais frequente em mulheres e a segunda neoplasia maligna mais frequente em homens. O NSCLC é responsável por cerca de 85% de todos os cânceres de pulmão. São divulgadas aqui composições, usos e métodos para tratamento de câncer de pulmão. A administração de RNAs terapêuticos a um paciente com câncer de pulmão aqui divulgado pode reduzir o tamanho do tumor, prolongar o tempo até a doença progressiva e/ou proteger contra metástase e/ou recorrência do tumor e, em última análise, prolongar o tempo de sobrevivência.
