Abstract
RNA TERAPÊUTICO PARA CÂNCER DE PULMÃO. Esta divulgação refere-se ao campo do RNA para tratar câncer de pulmão, em particular câncer de pulmão de células não pequenas (NSCLC). O câncer de pulmão é a terceira malignidade mais frequente nas mulheres e a segunda malignidade mais frequente nos homens. O NSCLC representa 85% de todos os cânceres de pulmão. São divulgados aqui composições, usos e métodos para tratamento de cânceres de pulmão. A administração de RNAs terapêuticos a um paciente portador de câncer de pulmão divulgada aqui pode reduzir o tamanho do tumor, prolonger o tempo até a progressão da e/ou proteger da metástase e/ou a recorrência do tumor e, em última análise, prolongar o tempo de sobrevivência.
