2,5-DIAZABICICLOS[4.2.0]OCTANOS COMO MODULADORES DO RECEPTOR DE GLP-1.A presente invenção refere-se a 2,5-diazabiciclo[4,2.0]octanos de fórmula (I), e seus sais farmacologicamente aceitáveis, juntamente com composições que os contêm e o seu uso em terapia. Os compostos são moduladores do receptor de GLP-1, sendo, por isso, particularmente úteis no tratamento ou na profilaxia da doença cardiovascular e de afecções metabólicas, por exemplo, diabetes do tipo 2.
