Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, MÉTODO PARA PREPARAR A FORMULAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA, E, USO DE UMA FORMULAÇÃO FARMACÊUTICA. A invenção provê uma formulação farmacêutica contendo um sorvente poroso particulado selecionado a partir do grupo que compreende aluminossilicatos e seus sais, com um pH neutro ou básico e com um tamanho de partícula na faixa de 50 a 800 micrômetros, sobre o qual é aplicada uma mistura de mono-oleato de polioxietileno sorbitano (Polissorbato 80) com pelo menos um canabinoide selecionado a partir de canabidiol, canabigerol, canabinol, D9-THC e D8-THC. A formulação melhora a biodisponibilidade e o perfil de liberação dos canabinoides.
