COMPOSIÇÕES POLIMÉRICAS DE GELMA E USOS DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção refere-se a composições poliméricas melhoradas, tais como composições poliméricas de GelMA. Em certas modalidades, as composições poliméricas melhoradas podem ser usadas como um adesivo de tecido mole para uso na vedação, reparo e/ou tratamento de lesões, defeitos ou doenças no tecido mole de um indivíduo. Em certas modalidades, as composições poliméricas melhoradas são hidrogéis que podem compreender gelatina metacriloil (isto é, GelMA) ou seus derivados polimericamente reticulados.
