O produto (2) compreende material gerador de aerossol (20) e um transportador (4). O transportador (4) compreende uma camada de base (6) e uma camada transportadora (8), e a camada transportadora (8) é fixada, de forma removível, à camada de base (6). O método compreende as seguintes etapas: (a) o transportador (4) é fornecido; (b) um material gerador de aerossol (20) é aplicado à uma superfície de transporte (10) da camada transportadora (8) do transportador (4); e (c) o transportador (4) e o material gerador de aerossol (20) são configurados para armazenamento.
