Abstract
HLA-B57 MODIFICADO COM NÍVEIS DE EXPRESSÃO AUMENTADOS. A invenção provê um método de obter uma proteína de fusão de HLA-B57, a referida proteína de fusão compreendendo um polipeptídeo da variante de HLA-B57 suportando pelo menos uma ou duas substituições de aminoácidos que conferem estabilidade e expressão aumentadas. A invenção também provê uma proteína de fusão de HLA-B57 isolada, ou um ácido nucleico, ou um vetor que codifica a referida proteína de fusão de HLA-B57, para uso no tratamento de condições médicas, como câncer.
