Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA PREPARAR UM ÁCIDO DESOXIRRIBONUCLEICO (DNA) COMPREENDENDO UMA SEQUÊNCIA DE RECEPTOR DE CÉLULAS T (TCR) DE COMPRIMENTO TOTAL E ANALISAR CÉLULAS T ÚNICAS PARA DETERMINAR A SEQUÊNCIA DE ÁCIDOS NUCLEICOS DE UMA SEQUÊNCIA DE TCR DECOMPRIMENTO TOTAL E BIBLIOTECA DE cDNA. A presente invenção está relacionada a métodos para sequenciamento e identificação de receptores de células T (TCR). Os métodos incluem o uso de oligonucleotídeos template-switching (TSOs) assim como resultam em melhoria do rendimento e redução da complexidade comparados com métodos padrão.
