Refere-se a uma combinação híbrida de plasma através de indução para um processo de fundição contínuo supereficiente; e monitoramento e ajuste em tempo real do processo de fundição. É divulgado um sistema de fundição híbrido compreendendo um controlador em tempo real e uma zona de redução na qual plasma, por meio de aquecimento contínuo por indução, funde material de alimentação (ou materiais de alimentação) alimentado na zona de redução. Escória e metais reduzidos (liga) são descarregados sob supervisão do controlador em tempo real.
