A presente invenção se refere a composições de macromolécula e métodos relacionados que efetuam entrega direcionada de agentes terapêuticos a alvos efetores em uma célula desejada, tecido e/ou órgão de interesse ao mesmo tempo que minimizam ou evitam entrega indesejada a outras células, tecidos ou órgãos. São descritas composições e métodos relacionados a macromoléculas, tais como um ANDbody?, que incluem um domínio de ligação a alvo efetor específico para um alvo efetor e um domínio de ligação de endereço específico para um alvo de endereço.
