Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES DE LIBERAÇÃO RETARDADA DE FUMARATO DE DIMETILA. A presente invenção refere-se a composições farmacêuticas de liberação retardada que compreendem fumarato de dimetila no tratamento da esclerose múltipla. A composição de liberação retardada de fumarato de dimetila que possui um tamanho de partícula (D90) de fumarato de dimetila na composição inferior a 50 µm, e a composição é fabricada por extrusão - esferonização ou método de disposição em camadas.
