REVESTIMENTO PARA DISPOSITIVOS MÉDICOS. É descrito um revestimento para dispositivos médicos. O revestimento compreende: uma camada de base compreendendo uma proteína; e uma camada de polímero disposta em uma camada de base. A camada de polímero compreende um polímero com uma pluralidade de grupos hemocompatíveis. Cada grupo hemocompatível é selecionado independentemente a partir de um grupo ácido sulfônico, um grupo sulfonamida, um grupo ácido sulfâmico, um grupo hidrogenossulfato e uma base conjugada dos mesmos. Também é descrito um dispositivo médico compreendendo o revestimento, e usos e métodos envolvendo o revestimento e o dispositivo médico.
