Abstract
GRAMPO BIOABSORVÍVEL COMPREENDENDO MECANISMOS PARA RETARDAR A ABSORÇÃO DO GRAMPO. A presente invenção refere-se a um grampo cirúrgico que compreende um substrato e um ou mais revestimentos que retardam a bioabsorção do substrato. O revestimento pode ser selecionado de modo a afetar o ambiente que circunda o grampo quando o grampo é implantado no paciente. O efeito sobre o ambiente pode fazer com que a bioabsorção ocorra dentro de um período de tempo desejado.
