Abstract
PROCESSO UTILIZANDO GÁS DE SÍNTESE PARA MELHORAR O IMPACTO AMBIENTAL DA REDUÇÃO DE MINÉRIO DE FERRO EM ALTOS FORNOS. É descrito um processo de redução de minério de ferro em AF para produção de compostos de ferro e / ou de ferro-carbono com baixo impacto ambiental, no qual um gás de síntese produzido a partir de um fluxo de hidrocarbonetos por um processo de oxidação parcial catalítica com curto tempo de contato (OPC-CTC), integrado ao processo de redução de minério de ferro, também é utilizado no AF.
