Abstract
MATERIAL DE NEGRO DE ACETILENO PULVERULENTO, PROCESSO PARA A SUA PRODUÇÃO, E COMPOSIÇÕES, ARTIGOS MANUFATURADOS E USOS DOS MESMOS.A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para produzir um material de negro de acetileno pulverulento compreendendo: (a) fornecer um negro de acetileno inicial, (b) densificar o negro de acetileno inicial fornecido para formar um negro de acetileno densificado e (c) pulverizar o negro de acetileno densificado para formar o material de negro de acetileno pulverulento. O negro de acetileno pulverulento obtido por este processo apresenta, nomeadamente, uma melhor dispersibilidade e produz dispersões que apresentam uma melhor estabilidade ao longo do tempo, tornando-as úteis como agente condutor ou antiestático, carga de reforço e/ou agente corante em composições para várias aplicações, tais como eletrodos e outros componentes de dispositivos de armazenamento e/ou conversão de energia, artigos de plástico, revestimentos, vernizes ou tintas.
