Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES E MÉTODOS PARA DETECÇÃO MULTIPLEX DE MICRORGANISMOS USANDO AGENTES INFECCIOSOS RECOMBINANTES MARCADOS COM PEPTÍDEOS. São divulgados neste documento métodos, composições, conjuntos e sistemas para detecção multiplex rápida de um microrganismo de interesse. Bacteriófagos recombinantes que codificam produtos de fusão de proteína indicadora e grupamento de captura permitem a captura de proteínas indicadoras em uma superfície. Composições de coquetel de bacteriófagos recombinantes podem ser usadas para detectar bactérias potencialmente nocivas. A especificidade dos bacteriófagos recombinantes para a ligação de microrganismos permite a detecção direcionada e altamente específica de um microrganismo de interesse.
