Abstract
MÉTODOS PARA TRANSFECÇÃO ELETROMECÂNICA. Métodos, dispositivos, sistemas e kits para transfecção de célula eletromecânica são fornecidos. Um dispositivo inclui um primeiro eletrodo, um segundo eletrodo e uma zona ativa entre os mesmos, onde uma diferença de potencial elétrico aplicada ao primeiro e ao segundo eletrodos gera um campo elétrico na zona ativa suficiente para transfectar pelo menos um subconjunto das células fluindo na zona ativa.
