Abstract
PROCESSO PARA CONVERTER DIRRAMNOLIPÍDEO EM MONORRAMNOLIPÍDEO. A invenção se refere a um processo para converter dirramnolipídeo em monorramnolipídeo, compreendendo as seguintes etapas de processo: (a) contato de um material de partida de dirramnolipídeo com uma enzima alfa-L-ramnosidase que é imobilizada em um suporte; (b) separação do monorramnolipídeo produzido do meio de reação e/ou subprodutos; em que a enzima alfa-L-ramnosidase não tem atividade de beta-D-glucosidase.
