Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES DE ISOMALTE ENRIQUECIDAS EM 1,1-GPM E/OU 1,6-GPS, MÉTODO PARA PRODUZIR AS MESMAS E USO DAS MESMAS. A presente invenção está relacionada a um método para produzir composições de isomalte enriquecidas em 1-O-a-D-glucopiranosil-D-manitol (doravante referido como 1,1-GPM) e/ou 6-O-a-D-glucopiranosil-D-sorbitol (doravante referido como 1,6-GPS) a partir de soluções contendo isomalte, isto é, soluções contendo isomaltulose hidrogenada, a composições de isomalte enriquecidas em 1,1-GPM e/ou 1,6-GPS produzidas pelo método de acordo com a presente invenção, bem como ao uso destas composições de isomalte enriquecidas em 1,1-GPM e/ou 1,6-GPS.
