Abstract
DISPOSITIVO MÉDICO IMPLANTÁVEL PARA A ENTREGA DE UM ÁCIDO NUCLEICO. É fornecido um dispositivo médico implantável. O dispositivo compreende uma camada de liberação de fármaco, em que a camada de liberação de fármaco compreende ácido nucleico nu disperso dentro de uma matriz polimérica. A matriz polimérica inclui um copolímero de acetato de vinila de etileno e tem uma temperatura de fusão de cerca de 20 °C a cerca de 100 °C conforme determinado de acordo com ASTM D3418-15 e um índice de fluxo de fusão de cerca de 0,2 a cerca de 100 gramas por 10 minutos conforme determinado de acordo com ASTM D1238-20 em uma temperatura de 190 °C e uma carga de 2,16 quilogramas.
