Abstract
SISTEMAS E MÉTODOS PARA EXPRESSÃO DE PROTEÍNA. A presente divulgação fornece métodos e composições para a expressão melhorada de proteínas-alvo através da coexpressão de uma proteína intensificadora em um indivíduo. São fornecidos no presente documento métodos para expressar uma proteína-alvo em um indivíduo que compreende administrar um sistema de vetor de um ou mais polinucleotídeos que codificam uma proteína-alvo e uma proteína intensificadora, sendo que os polinucleotídeos estão operacionalmente ligados, e sendo que a proteína intensificadora é um inibidor de transporte nucleoplasmático (NCT) e/ou a proteína intensificadora é selecionada a partir do grupo que consiste em uma proteína líder (L) de picornavírus, uma protease 2A de picornavírus, uma protease 3C de rinovírus, uma proteína ICP27 de vírus do herpes simplex (HSV) e uma proteína matriz (M) de rhabdovírus.
