A presente divulgação refere-se a sistemas e métodos para fornecer avaliações prognósticas individualizadas da recorrência de câncer de mama (por exemplo, recorrência locorregional). Os sistemas e métodos envolvem medir a expressão gênica de uma amostra do paciente para criar uma assinatura de expressão gênica que identifica sujeitos que provavelmente não se beneficiarão da radioterapia após a cirurgia de câncer de mama.
