COMPOSIÇÕES DE COLOSTRO ESTABILIZADAS.A presente invenção refere-se a composições compreendendo um fator pró-reparador tais como um colostro, um inibidor de protease nutricional para reduzir a digestão enzimática dos fatores pró-reparadores, e opcionalmente um agente estabilizante, para permitir que os fatores pró-reparadores alcancem o intestino delgado intactos em seguida à administração oral. São providos métodos para tratamento, alívio e prevenção da doença intestinal inflamatória (IBD) e outros distúrbios do trato gastrointestinal.
