Abstract
MÉTODO DE PREPARAÇÃO DE UM PRODUTO COMESTÍVEL DE EMULSÃO CONTÍNUA DE GORDURA E PRODUTO COMESTÍVEL DE GORDURA. A presente invenção refere-se a um método de preparação de um produto comestível de emulsão contínua de gordura, tal como uma pasta espalhável, compreendendo de 35% a 80% em peso de uma fase aquosa e de 20% a 65% em peso de uma fase oleosa, em que a fase oleosa compreende de 8% a 15% em peso da composição total ésteres de esteróis vegetais e em que o produto é essencialmente isento de mono e diglicerídeos de ácidos graxos ou outro emulsificante artificial. A invenção refere-se adicionalmente à pasta espalhável que é essencialmente isenta de mono e diglicerídeos de ácidos graxos ou outro emulsificante artificial.
