Abstract
MÉTODOS E APARELHOS PARA PRESERVAR O SABOR EM PRODUTOS ALIMENTARES E PRODUTOS ALIMENTARES ESTÁVEIS. A presente invenção refere-se a uma bolsa multicamadas, flexível e geralmente plana para transportar e dispensar concentrado de suco de fruta, incluindo uma primeira porção alongada, geralmente retangular multicamada selada a uma segunda porção alongada, geralmente retangular para produzir um sachê deformável, geralmente retangular, estanque a fluidos definindo uma abertura interna volume e separação do volume interno de um ambiente externo, em que o sachê define ainda uma extremidade superior e uma extremidade inferior disposta opostamente, e primeiro e segundo lados se estendendo entre eles. O concentrado de suco de frutas está contido no volume interno. Um entalhe de rasgo é formado através de pelo menos um lado. O concentrado de suco de fruta tem uma atividade de água inferior a 0,60.
