Abstract
ANTICORPO TENDO COMO ALVO A CD47 E APLICAÇÃO DO MESMO. O presente pedido está relacionado ao campo de biomedicina, em particular a um anticorpo direcionado a CD47 e uma aplicação do mesmo. O anticorpo anti-CD47 fornecido pelo presente pedido pode se ligar especificamente a células tumorais, bloquear o sinal de SIRPa humana e CD47 humana e promover a fagocitose das células tumorais por macrófagos. O anticorpo tem alta afinidade, forte especificidade e boa segurança. A aglutinação de glóbulos vermelhos (RBC) não é causada e mostra uma ligação muito fraca a RBC e plaquetas.
