Abstract
FORMULAÇÃO DE PÓ SECO DE MUTEÍNA DE LIPOCALINA PARA TRATAMENTO DE ASMA. A presente invenção refere-se ao tratamento de asma em um indivíduo humano por administração por inalação oral de uma formulação de pó seco compreendendo uma quantidade terapeuticamente eficaz de uma muteína de lipocalina de receptor alfa anti-IL-4 (IL4Ra), ou uma variante ou fragmento da mesma ao referido indivíduo. A invenção também se refere à formulação de pó seco compreendendo a muteína de lipocalina do receptor alfa anti-IL-4 (IL-4Ra), ou uma variante ou fragmento da mesma.
