Abstract
COMPOSIÇÕES PARA LIBERAÇÃO MELHORADA DE INIBIDORES DE CGRP.A presente invenção refere-se a uma formulação farmacêutica na forma física de uma forma de dosagem de cápsula gelatinosa incluindo um inibidor de peptídeo relacionado ao gene da calcitonina (CGRP), uma fase lipofílica e pelo menos um tensoativo lipofílico. Também é fornecido um método para aumentar a biodisponibilidade de um inibidor de peptídeo relacionado ao gene da calcitonina (CGRP) em um indivíduo, incluindo a administração por via oral da formulação farmacêutica para aumentar a biodisponibilidade do inibidor de CGRP no indivíduo.
