Abstract
APARELHO, SISTEMA E MÉTODO PARA CORTAR E/OU APARAR ITENS ALIMENTÍCIOS. A presente invenção provê um novo método e aparelho para executar o corte a jato de água de itens alimentícios em correias transportadoras. A invenção provê uma unidade de corte com um novo projeto e um método para o uso de uma pluralidade de dispositivos de corte para cortar, aparar e remover tecidos indesejados de itens alimentícios de maneira mais precisa, mas mais rápida do que os métodos da técnica anterior.
