Abstract
ANTICORPO ANTI-GDF15 E UM REGIME DE DOSAGEM PARA O TRATAMENTO DE CÂNCER. A presente invenção refere-se a um anticorpo anti-GDF15 e a um regime de dosagem para o tratamento de câncer em um paciente humano usando o anticorpo anti-GDF15. Os presentes inventores identificaram um mecanismo através do qual a GDF-15 bloqueia adesão e transgressão predominantemente de linfócitos T nos tecidos. Dessa forma, uma nova abordagem de tratamento foi estabelecida pela presente invenção que facilita a entrada do efetor da célula T no tecido tumoral com o bloqueio da GDF-15, usando o anticorpo da presente invenção, permitindo, portanto, o tratamento de câncer em pacientes humanos.
