Abstract
DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE DE FLUXO E MÉTODO PARA FABRICAR UM DISPOSITIVO DE CONTROLE DE FLUXO.Um dispositivo de controle de fluxo para uma ferramenta de fundo de poço de furo de poço, o dispositivo incluindo um corpo flutuante incluindo uma resina termoendurecida de diciclopentadieno, em que o corpo flutuante tem uma densidade em uma faixa de cerca de 0,6 a cerca de 1,0 e tem um intumescimento de volume de 1 por cento ou menos na presença de um fluido de formação produzido no furo de poço ao longo de um período de produção de cerca de 2 dias ou mais. Um método para fabricar o dispositivo de controle de fluxo também é descrito.
