Abstract
FUSÕES COM MOLÉCULAS DE LIGAÇÃO AO ANTÍGENO CD8 PARA MODULAR A FUNÇÃO DE CÉLULA IMUNE. A presnete invenção refere-se amoléculas de ligação ao antígeno anti-CD8 e polipeptídeos de fusão compreendendo as moléculas de ligação ao antígeno CD8 para modular seletivamente a função das células T CD8+ sobre outras células imunes. Além disso, a presente divulgação também fornece polinucleotídeos que codificam as moléculas de ligação ao antígeno divulgadas e polipeptídeos de fusão, e vetores e células hospedeiras compreendendo tais polinucleotídeos. A presente divulgação fornece ainda métodos para produzir as moléculas de ligação ao antígeno e polipeptídeos de fusão, composições farmacêuticas compreendendo os mesmos e seus usos.
